In 1955, Edward, Sr. died. At the time, he was the husband of Dorothy (née Fogarty). The home was sold ot the Ryan family in 1959. During their occupancy, in 1971, their son, Christopher, was injured in a serious car accident where he was hit by one car and run over by another. As far as I can tell, he survived and grew up to be a healthy adult.

The home was sold in 1994 to the next owners for $170,000.
